My career has moved through factory engineering, customer lifecycle, business intelligence, product strategy, project delivery, and learning design. That range gives me a practical lens: understand the system, make the work legible, and help people act with confidence.

Today, I design learning for complex product and developer experiences at Optimizely. I also teach data analytics and have helped early-stage teams turn AI-enabled product ideas into focused MVP plans.

I care about thoughtful craft, evidence over noise, and collaboration that respects both the people doing the work and the people using what we build.
