Start with the real need.
Separate the visible request from the outcome people actually need.
I work at the intersection of product, learning, delivery, and data, where context matters and clarity changes outcomes.

My career has moved through factory engineering, customer lifecycle, business intelligence, product strategy, project delivery, and learning design. That range gives me a practical lens: understand the system, make the work legible, and help people act with confidence.
Today, I design learning for complex product and developer experiences at Optimizely. I also teach data analytics and have helped early-stage teams turn AI-enabled product ideas into focused MVP plans.
I care about thoughtful craft, evidence over noise, and collaboration that respects both the people doing the work and the people using what we build.
How I work
Separate the visible request from the outcome people actually need.
Structure information so decisions, learning, and delivery become easier.
Use data to clarify tradeoffs, not to decorate an already-made decision.
Build reusable practices, shared language, and momentum beyond one project.
